Deidra Vrooman
Deidra Vrooman, Structural Integration Practitioner

Deidra Vrooman is a spatial designer, receiving her first degree from the School of Environmental Design at the University of Georgia (1994). It was during this program that she was challenged with issues of posture and structure, which took her on a 7 year exploration of body mechanics flavored with daily fibromyalgia pain, resulting in hiding her brilliance in veils of reduced efficient functioning. The Rolf Recipe found her (2002), and occurred as an ingenious tool to align spirit with body.

She is now an advocate of receiving bodywork as an important ingredient in overall well-being for our understanding the inner workings of our bodies in collaboration with our soul. She incorporated her career path as a Rolf Method practitioner into her vision of our community living our inspired and progressive dreams.

She continues deepening her understanding of listening, seeing, and penetrating into our fellow man with hands-on experience, as well as research through personal exploration and attending continuing education workshops. She is dedicated to her approach as an artist in the field of Rolf Method sculpting, and encouraging our individual genius to shine.
